Laura Black is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who has dedicated more than a decade to delivering clinical care and care management services to underserved and high-risk populations.
Throughout her career, she has assumed various leadership roles within healthcare plans, consistently prioritizing the well-being of individuals who are dually eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
Laura has left the corporate world to return to her roots as a provider who cares deeply for her patients.
Jennifer Para
Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer Para is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to individuals and families across the lifespan. She offers expertise in preventive health, chronic disease management, women’s health, and patient education.
Jennifer also has a special focus on providing home-based care for older adults, helping to support aging-in-place and improve access to care for patients with mobility or complex health needs. She takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach, working closely with each patient to develop care plans that promote long-term wellness, safety, and independence.
Jennifer is dedicated to building trusted relationships and creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered in their healthcare decisions.
Kristal Dupuis
Registered Medical Assistant
Kristal Dupuis is a Registered Medical Assistant who plays an essential role in delivering high-quality care and supporting patients throughout their visit. With a warm, compassionate approach, Kristal assists with clinical procedures, patient education, care coordination, and ensures each patient feels comfortable and well-cared for.
She takes pride in helping patients navigate their care experience, answering questions, and providing personalized support. Kristal is especially dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients of all ages feel valued and respected.
Elizabeth Colon
Registered Medical Assistant
Elizabeth Colon is a Registered Medical Assistant with extensive clinical experience and a strong commitment to patient care. Prior to joining the practice, Elizabeth worked in the Emergency Department at UMass, where she gained valuable experience caring for patients with a wide range of medical needs.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, she provides compassionate, culturally sensitive care, helping to ensure that every patient feels understood and supported. Elizabeth assists with clinical procedures, care coordination, and patient education, and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
